1. Posisi: Finance & Accounting Administration

Requirements:

D1/D2 Degree of Business Administration / Accounting
Good Skills in Ms Office
Attention to detail in handling documents
Have good communication skill, hardworking, and high integrity
Team oriented personality
Willing to be placed 2 areas (Bogor & Karawang)

Job Description:

Monitoring & reporting AR
Rreparing payment request to payment process
Filing documents
Preparing routine journal
Handling petty cash
Handling fixed asset (monitoring, asset opname, etc.)

2. Recruitment Officer

Kualifikasi :

S1 Psikologi, Hukum, Management dengan IPK min. 3,00
Fresh Graduate atau pengalaman maks. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
Memiliki drive dan analytical thinking yang baik, serta keinginan untuk belajar
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan digital / technology literacy yang baik

3. Internal Audit Analyst

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Criminology Major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
Willing to travel around Indonesia
Having strong drive and analytical thinking

Job Description :

Doing assessment on enterprise or business process level
Solving cases based on instruction from General Manager regarding risk management or risk assessment
Facilitate business unit in doing risk assessment, BCM development, and insurance review

4. Sales Data Analyst

Requirements :

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in All Major from any reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
Min. 1 year of working experience in Sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellence in drive and interpersonal skill
Having data analyst skill / certification

Job Description :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Pembuatan master production schedule
Melakukan pengawasan & perencanaan produksi (pengaturan kapasitas)
Evaluasi dalam pencapaian target PPC
Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian terkait untuk memperlancar proses produksi

10. Logistic & Procurement Supervisor

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Logistic from any reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years of working experience in related field
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Able to work with SAP system is a plus
Strong sense of responsibility, Negotiation Skill, and Inventory Management

11. Process Engineering Supervisor

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Process.
Able to make analysis data for problem solving.
Familiar with calculation study, project risk management, process audit, & cross functional coordination.
Required skill: use CAD or similar software.

12. Engineering SPV

Requirements :

13. Staff MP & L

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Melakukan koordinasi dengan suplier import mengenai jadwal pengiriman material
Melakukan koordinasi dengan supplier import mengenail dokumen pengiriman yang dibutuhkan
Melakukan koordinasi dengan forwarder mengenai pengiriman material
Monitoring pengiriman material dari supplier import dari awal hingga tiba
Melakukan monitoring terhadap biaya logistik import
Melakukan negosiasi dengan forwarder mengenai biaya logistik import

14. Quality Assurance (QA)

Requirements :

Document control function Manage project and regular document (registration and renewall)
Analysis report making Define root caused based on analysis and observation
Tooling audit and follow up audit finding Provide tooling audit schedule Execute and manage tooling audit Manage tooling audit documentation Follow up audit finding

15. Engineering Staff

Avalibalbe position:

1. Conceptor Designer (Mechanic / Electric)

Good knowledge in Solidworks
Good knowledge in pneumatic & hydraulic system
Good knowledge in manufacturing process
Good knowledge in PLC & robotic system
Creating concept design, material budgetting, and proposal project

2. Sales Engineering Staff

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products or similiar technologies solution
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Willingnes to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, team oriented environment
Conduct product demonstration
Work closely with the internal technical team
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as product development, project management, and customer support.

3. Smart Factory IT Engineering Staff

Be able to works in team and underpressure
Self learn
Fullstack Developer (with certain of frameworks like Laravel, JS, etc.)
Developing application baset in project from customer or making standard product
Design and programming web and mobile application (fullstack, fronted end, and backed end)
Design entity relationship diagram throught database management system
Testing and deploy application
